Carrot Cake with Homemade Cream Cheese Frosting

Cake Ingredients
- 2 Cups flour
- 1 1/2 Tsp baking soda
- 1 Tsp allspice
- 2 Tsp baking powder
- 1/4 Tsp salt
- 2 Tsp cinnamon
- 11/2 Cups sugar
- 1 Cup oil
- 4 eggs beaten
- 2 Cups carrots grated
- 1 (14oz) can pineapple do not drain
Cream Cheese Icing
- 4 Oz cream cheese
- 1 Cup icing sugar
- 1/4 Cup butter
- 1 Tsp vanilla
Cake Instructions
Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, allspice, cinnamon.
Add sugar, oil and eggs and mix.
Add carrot and pineapple mix and put into a greased and floured cake pan.
Bake at 350 for 70 - 90 minutes
Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting!
