Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Quinoa cooked and cooled down
  • 1/4 cup Sugar Snap Peas (Microwave for 1 min to soften if preferred) chopped
  • 1 medium tomato chopped
  • 1 medium cucumber chopped
  • 1 small fig chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper to taste
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt to taste
