Ingredients
  

Tacos

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 tbs taco Seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup onion chopped
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes
  • 1 cup cheese
  • 6 tbs sour cream
  • 6 tbs taco sauce (or salsa)
  • 8 large Romaine lettuce leaves

Avocado Dressing

  • 1 small avocado
  • 1/2 medium lemon squeezed
  • 1 pinch cilantro
  • 1 dash milk
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 dash pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently until thoroughly cooked.
  • While meat is cooking mix ingredients for avocado dressing.
  • Drain meat then stir in water and taco seasoning.
  • Heat to boiling, reduce heat and simmer 3-4 minutes until thickened.
  • Assemble tacos on romaine tacos and top with avocado dressing and sour cream.
