Fall is here, so you know what that means! Break out the pumpkin recipes! Starting with these delicious pumpkin muffins
I love this time of year! This is just the first of many pumpkin recipes to come. They’re quick, easy and the kids love them! They just like mini pumpkin pie bites. I made mine into cupcake size, but you can do muffin size as well.
With only two ingredients they’re super simple. I like to top them with whipped cream before I pop one in my mouth.

Two Ingredient Pumpkin Muffins
- 1 Box yellow cake mix
- 1 (15oz) can pure pumpkin
- Combine both ingredients.
- Pour into muffin tin.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
- Optional: top with whipped cream.
