Mini Meatloaf!

Meatloaf is for dinner! This classic recipe is delicious and so easy to make for the whole family!

Mini Meatloaf

I love making meatloaf because it’s so easy to make and the kids love it! Mini meatloaves are great because they cook more evenly, faster and freeze well for last minute leftovers!!! I love making extra to freeze for later.

I find my kids really like this particular recipe. It’s really tasty and filling for them. It’s a great weekday meal and sometimes they will take the leftovers to school the next day in their thermos for lunch.

You can easily make this recipe and cook it in a crock pot or slow cooker. Slow cooker meatloaf is delicious because it is so moist and flavorful! To make crockpot meatloaf, just follow the recipe the same. Place in a crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours and cook.
