As a long time meat smoker and bbq’er , I always cook my pork until it is at
least 165 degrees . I have smoked a lot of pork bellies and make my own bacon as well . You only cook the bellies until they are 140 degrees but after it comes out of the smoker and cools , you slice it and fry it . I just think 145 degrees is not long enough . I will try these and then let you all know .

Regular stuffing is made from day-old bread. Cornbread stuffing is made from cornbread instead of bread. Or, some people do half and half.
