Fall Off the Bone Baby Back Ribs

These ribs will literally fall off the bone! They are tender and delicious, everyone loves these every time I make them!




If you love ribs you have to try this recipe! It’s so easy and really is fail proof! These turn out perfect every time!

You can also put them on the grill for the last 15 minutes instead of the oven if desired to give them a nice crispy coating!

Fall Off the Bone Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 rack baby back ribs halved
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 3 ears corn husked and halved
  • 12 stalks asparagus
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 275°F.
  • Place oven racks on a baking sheet and line with foil.
  • Sprinkle ribs with chili powder, paprika, cumin, pepper, garlic powder and salt. Rub in spices on both sides.
  • Cover with foil and bake 3 hours.
  • After 3 hours, increase oven temperature to 500°F.
  • Remove the foil from the ribs and place the ribs on baking sheet and spread your favorite kind of BBQ sauce on the top.
  • Place corn on one side of the pan and asparagus on the other. Can use any veggies if you want to change these up!
  • Drizzle the olive oil, salt, and pepper evenly over the veggies, and rub the seasoning in evenly.
  • Bake for 10 minutes. Rest the ribs at least 10 minutes before serving.
