Cool Cucumbers With A BANG!

A neat idea to use up any leftover cucumbers you have. They’re spicy and cool at the same time!

Spicy Cucumbers

Who doesn’t love cucumbers? They’re a great low carb snack, but they get boring after a while. So kick them up a notch with a few ingredients that you’ll find in your pantry. Who would have known how tasty these are with chili powder on them?

Trust me, you’ll love these! They’re so good, super addictive and guilt free- isn’t that the best kind of snack?

A great way to use up the cucumbers from your garden in the summer time.

Spicy Cucumbers

Cucumbers with a BANG!

A neat idea to use up any leftover cucumbers you have. They're spicy and cool at the same time! They're low carb too!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large cucumber
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp Chili powder

Instructions
 

  • Chop a cucumber and add lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper and chili powder on top. YUM!!

    Add sharp cheddar cheese…to avoid the “reflux ” I sprinkle baking soda on mine.
