Canned Biscuit Garlic Knots

I just made a big pot of goulash and forgot to get a loaf of French bread, so I did this instead. I’m sure many of you have done this before, but it was the first (and not last) time for me. They are so good!

Ingredients

  • 1 can 8 count Refrigerated biscuits (I used Grands Southern Style)
  • 4-5 Tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375° and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper (optional)
  • Cut each biscuit into two pieces, then roll each piece like a playdough worm and tie it into a pretzel knot and place each one on baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, mix and melt the garlic salt, and butter in the microwave
  • Stir to mix, add parsley, then paint each knot with the butter/garlic/parsley mixture
  • I sprinkled a little Parmesan cheese on them too (the kind in the shaker)
  • Bake at 375° 10-12 minutes or until browned. I put these under the broiler for just a couple seconds before taking them out of the oven.
  • If you use the broiler at then end. STAY at the oven , they will burn fast!
