This is an awesome version of meatloaf your family is sure to LOVE! One of my favorite recipes and often requested!
This meatloaf recipe is one of my favorites. It is simple to make and tastes amazing! Whenever I make meatloaf I use both ground beef and ground pork. I find when it is made this way it has much better flavor! I really notice a difference. However you can just use ground beef if you choose to or if that is all you have on hand.
The bacon on this is a must have! Makes your meatloaf taste fantastic!! Don’t leave it out.
My family absolutely loved this recipe! Next time I will make two and freeze one. Meatloaf is perfect in a thermos for school lunches.
You can make this a low carb recipe by substituting the bread crumbs for pork rinds and using no sugar added Ketchup.

- 1 lb ground pork
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs

- 3-4 squirts Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup shredded mixed cheeses of your liking
- 1 package of Bacon
- Set oven to 350 degrees
- Mix all ingredients (except bacon) together, form into a meatloaf and add strips of bacon (tuck ends underneath). I criss-crossed the bacon strips.
