Stuffed Jalapenos
    • 1lb ground sausage
    • 22medium jalapenos
    • 1-2(8oz) blocks cream cheesesoftened
    • 1cup Parmesan cheesegrated
    1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
    2. Cook the sausage until done and put aside.
    3. Mix softened cream cheese with Parmesan cheese.
    4. Add cooked sausage to cheese mix and mix well.
    5. Cut each jalapeño lengthwise and remove seeds, rinse jalapeños and dry with paper towels.
    6. Use a spoon to stuff jalapeño with sausage and cheese mixture.
    7. Cook for 20 minutes until tops are golden brown using a large baking pan.
    8. Cool for 10-15 minutes and Enjoy!
