Charlene’s Shortbread
    • 1cup cornstarch
    • 2cups flour
    • 1cup icing sugar
    • 1 1/2cups butter
    1. Sift all dry ingredients together.
    2. Cut in butter and mix in until smooth and soft.
    3. I then put it in a plastic ziplock bag and put in the fridge for an hour.
    4. When ready – roll out onto a floured surface and cut into desired shapes.
    5. Bake at 300 for 20 minutes (but watch you don’t want them to burn).
    6. Let cool and decorate as you wish.
